Zinc-rich primer, anti-corrosive, resistant to errors and shortcomings and overheating. The primer has excellent adhesive properties, there are no problems with interlayer adhesion.

Corrosion is the process of gradual destruction of materials by reaction with the surrounding environment, in other words, corrosion is the oxidation of metal under the influence of atmospheric conditions. Corrosion-resistant coatings protect metal components from deterioration caused by moisture, salinity, oxidation, or exposure to a variety of environmental and industrial chemicals. For corrosion resistant coatings, vnc uses both barriers such as corrosion inhibitors and special types of coatings applied to metal substrates to provide additional corrosion protection. The series of anti-corrosion primers is a thermosetting epoxy-based powder paint with corrosion inhibiting properties, designed to increase the corrosion resistance of steel elements. Corrosion inhibitor paints create a protective barrier coating, which in turn delays the development of the corrosion process. Passivation, which refers to a material, makes it "passive" i.e. less sensitive to environmental factors such as air and water and these passive paints form a thin protective film on the metal which prevents further corrosion. Anti-corrosion paints have been designed as a primer for surface paints.
