Polyester powder coatings (powder coatings) are based on polyester resins and special additives that provide the coated components with resistance to weathering. Depending on the hardener used, paints with varying properties and aesthetic appeal are obtained. We do not use TGIC-based hardeners in our paints.

This powder coating has a smooth surface. Applying a coating thickness that is either lower or much higher than recommended may cause an "orange peel" effect.

This powder coating is designed for baking at a lower temperature than standard, which reduces baking costs for thick components.

Failure to adhere to the recommended baking time, relative to the component temperature, may result in adhesion problems and coating cracking.

- The time is calculated from the time the painted part is heated to the desired temperature.

- Follow the recommendations in the technical data sheet and product safety data sheet.

- Do not inhale dust and avoid skin and eye contamination.

- Use in well-ventilated areas.

- We recommend a test coat before final application.
