Complaints and returns

RETURN OF GOODS WITHOUT GIVING A REASON:

Pursuant to the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights (...) of March 2, 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item
271), the Buyer who made the purchase without the possibility of bidding has the right to return the goods on time
14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving reasons.
This right applies to consumers, i.e. natural persons.

RETURN IN CASE OF NON-CONFORMITY OF THE GOODS WITH THE AGREEMENT:

If it happens that the received goods differ significantly from the description, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint.

COMPLAINTS - WARRANTY REPAIRS:

Please send back the faulty goods to the address on the warranty card.

Goods without a warranty card will not be repaired and may be returned to the sender only at his expense.

After purchasing the devices covered by the warranty, please make sure that the warranty card has been issued, if it is missing, notify us within 10 days from the date of receipt of the shipment about its absence in writing or by e-mail.

The warranty card is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice, receipt).

The warranty card without the device name, date, serial number entered is invalid.

Defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within no more than 28 working days from the date of delivery of the device.

The cost of delivering the device to the service center is borne by the buyer, while the cost of delivering the device after repair is borne by the seller.

Dirty equipment will not be repaired and will be returned at the sender's expense.

Conditions for the correct return of goods:

1. The goods must be returned in the original packaging without signs of use.

2. Proof of purchase (receipt or FV) must be attached with the returned goods
