The cartridge cartridge is a pleated cartridge filter with a diameter of 150, 225, 325, 410mm with a cylindrical or conical structure. The base, flange and inner basket of the filter are made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel.

The choice of filter material is based on the current filtration task. A large range of filter materials allows for a qualified selection of the appropriate material.

The offer includes a variety of filter materials for dry air filtration, e.g. polyester, polyester needled non-woven fabric, paper. Coatings are also applied, e.g. water-resistant chemical coating, oil-resistant, anti-static coating, Teflon membrane, aluminum and various types of other coatings applied according to the application.

Each material used for production has a comprehensive quality test.

Filter devices

They are designed to perform dust filtration and ensure clean air at workstations. Filter cartridges retain dust on their outer surface, and cleaning systems based on compressed air pulses shake dust from the surface of the cartridges.

Industrial filters are used in processes such as shot blasting, sandblasting, welding, grinding, powder coating, plasma cutting, laser cutting and many others.
