Description

One kit contains: 1 kg of primer and 1 kg of transparent material. COLOR: METALLIC COPPER
SURFACE: SMOOTH GLOSS
RESIN: POLYESTER
APPLICATION TYPE: SILVER 66 CORONA, COPPER B-163 CORONA
BURNER TEMPERATURE: SILVER 66 180° C / 10 MIN, COPPER B-163 180° C / 10 MIN
GLOSS DEGREE: 88-100%

Painting:

1. Apply SILVER 66 powder coating to the element as a primer, bake at 180° C / 10 MIN. Then, apply COPPER B-163 powder coating to the cooled element, bake at 180° C / 10 MIN.

Polyester powder coatings (powder varnishes) are based on Polyester resins and special additives provide elements coated with this paint with resistance to atmospheric conditions. Depending on the hardener used, we obtain paints with different properties and aesthetic values. We do not use TGIC-based hardeners in our paints.

- The time is counted from the moment the painted part is heated to the desired temperature.

- Follow the recommendations in the technical data sheet and product safety data sheet.

- Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and eyes.

- Use in well-ventilated rooms.

- Before final application, we recommend a test coat.

- This product is for professional use.
