Polyester powder coatings (powder coatings) are based on polyester resins and special additives that provide the coated components with resistance to weathering. Depending on the hardener used, we obtain paints with varying properties and aesthetic qualities. We do not use TGIC-based hardeners in our paints.

Powder coating with a smooth surface. Applying a coating thickness that is either lower or much higher than recommended may cause an "orange peel" effect.

Powder coating with a metallic effect obtained by dry-blending a base with metallic pigment. The addition of metal flakes creates a very attractive sparkling coating. The effect can be achieved by adhering to the recommended coating thickness and applying the coating evenly. Failure to follow the painting instructions may result in significant color variations on the part.

- The time is counted from the time the painted part is heated to the desired temperature.

- Follow the recommendations in the technical data sheet and the product safety data sheet.

- Do not inhale dust and avoid skin and eye contamination.

- Apply in well-ventilated areas.

- We recommend a test coat before final application.
