Paint Hooks and Hooks CR00040060
The hooks and hooks are made of polished steel with a hardness of S235JR and a diameter ranging from 3mm to 8mm.
- The hooks are subject to bending and gradual deformation, which can ultimately lead to breakage.
- Burning, pyrolysis, sandblasting, shot-blasting, and aggressive chemicals weaken the hooks' strength.
- The hooks must always be tested under production conditions before final use.
Upon request, we can manufacture paint hooks with various bend degrees, dimensions, and wire diameters.
Standard hook load is calculated by calculating the wire diameter in kilograms:
3mm - 3 - 7.5kg 4mm - 6.60 - 16.70kg 6mm - 20.30 - 50kg 8mm - 44.30 - 108kg
